Amazon has opened bookstores in San Diego and Seattle, and is working on stores for Chicago and Portland. Now we can add a fifth location to the list: Boston, Massachusetts.

Last Thursday Amazon posted job listings for a store manager and other positions for an Amazon Books store in Legacy Place, an upscale mall in the Boston area.

Few details are available now, but the job listings suggest that the new Amazon Books will function along the same lines as existing stores, which carry both books as well as Amazon’s gadgets. The listings seek people who “love both books and technology” and want to sell “a curated selection of books and an array of Amazon devices”:

We’ve applied twenty years of online bookselling experience to build a store that integrates the benefits of offline and online book shopping. Our knowledgeable team helps our customers discover great new titles and devices and works hard to deliver a personalized instore experience.

Our team loves books, is excited by technology, and should view every customer interaction as an opportunity to create an exceptional experience. As a member of the Amazon Books team, you will have the opportunity to work with a stellar group of people in our mission to be earth’s most customer-centric company.

Located in Dedham, Mass, Legacy Place features a movie theater, restaurants, and other entertainment as well as some 60 stores, including Apple, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor, Victoria’s Secret, Urban Outfitters, Williams-Sonoma, Whole Foods, and Eddie Bauer.
